How can you not be totally bewitched by this dramatic spotting? Sammie not only has her beautiful beige color covered in rich, deeply contrasted spots, but she also has the fleece quality and conformation to make her the whole package! She produces an extreme staple for her dense, bright fleece. She sports a great structure with a very soft hand.
WT Gold's Paiute, one of our multi-blue ribbon winning males, stamped Sammie with his best qualities. He's sired by Sir Maximillian, a Q of the Continuum son and PPPervuian Yupanqui 6018 grandson. Paiute's dam, Incan Samantha, brought spots into the game. This pairing turned out to be the perfect match.
Aiko, her mom, is one of our favorite girls on the farm. She is an ultra-compact harlequin appaloosa, who is covered from head to toe in buttery-soft, rose grey fleece. She's sired by TGA Mario - an ultra typey male whose genetic spots started in utero here in the United States with 6Peruivan Century, imported through his pregnant dam, 6Peruvian Bruna 6191 IMPR98.
Samantha has a lot going for her. Not only does she have the wow factor, but her genetic make-up is also actually quite rare. She's one of only two registered offspring sired by WT Gold's Paiute and she's his only spotted offspring and only daughter. It's something that she shares with her dam, Aiko. An equally rare harlequin appaloosa female being the only registered offspring of the late, great TGA Mario.
We can't wait to see the spots this girl produces in the future!
