Epic X Celestial Cygnus is a proven Appaloosa Huacaya herdsire combining distinctive pattern, championship quality, and a pedigree built around generations of accomplished genetics. Cygnus carries a highly defined spotted blanket with strong consistency across his pattern, while his fleece has continued to grade well across multiple shearings. He is a strong, boxy male with substantial bone and correct structure, earning two Color Championships along with numerous first-place wins in halter and walking fleece.
Cygnus’ paternal pedigree brings together several lines that are especially important to our patterned breeding program. His sire, Enchanted Hill LuTau, is out of Vintage Cashmere Utopia and Enchanted Hill Appalucy, combining the influence of Aussie Rockford and imported Harlequin Appaloosa Maria’s Angel. Aussie Rockford is a son of Hannahruh, another historic animal included in our ongoing Appy Origins research. These lines add meaningful depth behind the pattern we see in Cygnus today.
His dam, Snowmass Elite Celestial Legend, brings another layer of quality to the pedigree. In addition to producing Appaloosa offspring, she maintained Top 1% EPD rankings across six fleece categories into her teens. She is a daughter of the highly accomplished Snowmass Elite Legend, adding proven fleece quality and production strength to Cygnus’ maternal side.
Cygnus has proven that his value extends well beyond his own show record. His offspring include Appaloosa and Harlequin Appaloosa progeny that have earned championships, reserve championships, National honors, and repeated blue-ribbon wins.

Contracts are typically initiated with 25% down and monthly payments divided out over 12 months; however, we are flexible and open to terms that may better suit your needs. Package and cash discounts are offered under certain conditions. Most purchases come with 60 days free board or free board until weaning. Nationwide, affordable transporters come by the farm several times a year. We can also meet at shows or along the way.
